Party rental delivery works best when the route, access, venue rules, surface, stairs, gates, and setup requirements are clear before the order is finalized.
Day before
Most orders are delivered the day before the event unless another arrangement is confirmed.
Day after
Most orders are picked up the day after the event; weekend routes may extend into Monday.
7 AM–10 PM
Drivers work organized routes. Standard delivery does not guarantee an exact arrival time.
Call early
Airbnbs and venues with fixed access times should call so the team can review the restriction.

Do you deliver outside Brevard and Indian River County?
Yes. Brevard and Indian River are our primary local routes, but extended delivery is available across Florida based on the event address, date, order size, inventory, and route schedule. Submit the address for confirmation.
When will my order arrive?
Most standard orders arrive the day before the event. Drivers operate delivery and pickup routes between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, so a specific time is not guaranteed unless special arrangements are confirmed.
What if my Airbnb or venue has a fixed access time?
Call as early as possible. The team needs to review the timing restriction, route feasibility, access rules, and any same-day service requirements.
Can I pick up a large order at the Melbourne office?
No. The office is for check drop-offs and small approved pickups by appointment. Large rental orders use the confirmed delivery or pickup plan on the reservation.
