Chair rental FAQs.
Do you deliver chairs to Malabar, FL?
Yes. We deliver chairs throughout Malabar — including Malabar Community Park, the Turkey Creek Sanctuary area, and Malabar Road — plus nearby Palm Bay, Grant-Valkaria, and Melbourne. Send us your venue address and we’ll confirm delivery details in your free quote.
How many chairs do I need for my event?
Plan one chair per guest, plus a few extras for vendors, the gift table, or last-minute plus-ones. For weddings with a separate ceremony and reception, most hosts order the full guest count once — we can flip the layout or deliver a second set.
Is chair setup included with delivery?
Yes. Our team can arrange chairs in rows, around tables, or to your floor plan during delivery — and stack them for pickup after your event.
How far in advance should I book chairs?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead for weekends, especially during wedding and graduation season. Need chairs sooner? Call or text (321) 326-4463 — we often accommodate last-minute orders when inventory allows.
